As part of our initial consultation, we carefully consider all elements of any proposed project, including your requirements, objectives, priorities, timing, budget and preferences and on that basis present our initial feedback and ideas.

We then prepare and agree a detailed Event Plan, including deadlines and budget, which is meticulously coordinated and managed by a dedicated Event Manager who communicates and reports all progress and updates in your desired format and frequency.
