My job is about using customer magazines as a medium of communication.
Whether its customer retention, sales uplift or new customer attraction: no one piece of marketing material does it better than a customer magazine.
Everything comes back to persuasion and, since that wouldn’t fit, I went with persuade.
Background: I started off running supermarkets for Quinnsworth as a boy before moving to wholesale distribution and marketing within the leisure and fitness industry.
I entered publishing because I love magazines as a communication medium, and I get it.
I began working for Business & Finance and later moved to Harmonia for four years.
Responsibilities: To ensure clients receive the correct communications plan based on their requirements and their customer’s requirements.
